Terms of sales KARA

The present conditions aim to define the terms of sale between KARA and the Customer, from order to services, through payment and delivery. They regulate all the steps necessary for the placing of the order and ensure the follow-up of this order between the contracting parties.


The Customer has the opportunity to place his order online from the online catalog, or if he wishes on one of the social networks of our site

The order can only be registered on the site if the Customer is clearly identified by the entry of his email address and his password which are strictly personal (Or following the registration of the necessary elements to constitute the account) 
Any order implies acceptance of prices and description of products available for sale. 
Any dispute on this point will occur in the context of a possible exchange and the guarantees mentioned below.

KARA reserves the right for any order, to ask the customer for supporting documents or personal information allowing the validation of the order. Any refusal may result in rejection of the order.

KARA agrees to honor orders received on the website only within the limits of available stocks of products

In the absence of availability of the product, KARA agrees to inform the Client.


Conditions:   Delivery is offered Everywhere in the world.

The delivery in Tunisia is assured not our deliverymen on big Tunis Immediate delivery and by Our Partner ARAMEX on all the Tunisian territory in a deadline which does not exceed 72H

Delivery abroad is ensured by Aramex type carriers , DHL.

Delivery Terms:   The Product is delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer on the Order Form. The Customer is required to verify the accuracy of the information provided in this regard.

KARA can not be held responsible for a lack of indication or an error concerning the delivery address.

Delivery delay:   A delivery time is indicative on each page dedicated to the Product, corresponding to the time of shipping, processing and routing by the delivery services.


The delivery period starts from the day you place your order, until our delivery agent performs the first delivery attempt. The working days are from Monday to Friday. Weekends and holidays are not included.


In case of delivery of an OPEN or damaged package: refuse the package by specifying the reason for the refusal on the package to the PEN LISIBLE.

In case of missing or non-compliant product, you must inform us of the problem within 48 hours after receipt of your package. After this period we reserve the right to refuse any request.



The Customer has the choice to pay for his purchases:

When the Customer chooses this method of payment, he is redirected to the secure server of   our partner bank.

Payment is made using the secure payment system, an encryption system for securing online payments.


  1.     By check in cash or by Sodexo Or Joker Gift Pass off the receipt of your package designating sales in Tunisia



- Our products will not be exchanged except in the initial state in packaging.

- You have 15 days to exchange it.

- The item must be in perfect condition, any item deemed worn or used will not be accepted.

- Items are non-refundable.



All KARA watches are guaranteed 1 year from the date of purchase

The warranty explicitly covers manufacturing defects



Each order delivered is linked to a date and a number that gives rise to invoicing. We always send you a dematerialized invoice to the email address of the account with which you placed the order.

On request we send you a duplicate of your invoice by mail.
